These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lunso website and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. ABOUT LUNSO

Lunso is an online retailer operating from Israel and selling pet-related products to customers in supported international markets.

Product appearance, packaging, accessories, colors, or minor design details may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates, screen settings, or supplier changes.

Any material product features advertised by Lunso form part of the product description.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to satisfy mandatory consumer protections.

4. SMART PET PRODUCTS

Certain Lunso products may require:

• Wi-Fi or internet access
• A compatible smartphone
• A third-party mobile application
• A third-party account
• Cloud or internet services

Availability and functionality of independent third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy, compatibility requirements, and service availability.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer right that applies where a product does not perform as advertised or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

5. PET CARE

Lunso smart feeders and monitoring products are intended to assist with routine pet care.

They are not intended to replace responsible supervision, appropriate feeding, access to water, veterinary care, or other care necessary for the health and welfare of an animal.

Customers are responsible for using products according to the supplied instructions and for choosing appropriate feeding quantities and schedules for their pets.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud
• Product unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• An obvious pricing or listing error

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled order.

7. PRICES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Any shipping charges and taxes collected by Lunso will be shown before completion of the order where required.

We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

8. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

9. SHIPPING

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Our current estimated delivery period for supported destinations is 6–15 business days unless another estimate is clearly displayed before purchase.

Lunso offers a voluntary 30-day return period subject to the conditions described in that policy.

This voluntary return policy does not replace or reduce mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-compliant goods.

If Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the terms shown with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Promotional pricing does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical mistakes, technical errors, or outdated information.

If an obvious material error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
